Judiciary is guardian of country’s constitution: Muhammad Siddique Sarfraz

Chichawatni: Legal expert, President Chichawatni Press Club Muhammad Siddique Sarfraz Chishti Advocate has said that all the country’s institutions including the government and the opposition should play their role to maintain the supremacy of the constitution and law, the government plays the role of a mother in the state, but unfortunately, Today in Parliament, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif used derogatory words against the judiciary and lawyers. The judiciary is the guardian of the constitution in the country; all the political parties of the country criticize the judiciary for decisions that are not in their favor, which is against the democratic traditions and the requirements of justice. Decisions have been made on merit without caring about their lives. If politicians try to impose their own agenda by bringing reforms in the judicial system, then the lawyers’ community will not remain silent. He expressed these views while talking to the media representatives. The free flour scheme given by the government has taken the lives of many citizens, the policy of flour distribution is very poor, the poor are being made to beggars in queues and people’s respect and the self is being maligned while the white class is completely ignored.
