JI, GDA categorically reject ‘rigged’ Feb 8 polls

GDA and Jamaat-i-Islami have categorically rejected Feb 8 polls in Jamshoro power show, saying that elections were ‘rigged’.
Grand Democratic Alliance leader Pir Pagara has alleged that the result of the general elections was “already sold three months back and the payment was made too”.

 According to Pir Pagara, the leader of the Grand Democratic Alliance, the general election outcome was “already sold three months back and the payment was made too.” Speaking at a Jamshoro party power show, he stated that the election had demonstrated that no political party or leader was dominant at the federal level and that it was only the case at the provincial level. “We are protesting the taking of our mandate.” The leader of the GDA, Pir Pagara, has questioned the Election Commission of Pakistan’s lack of response and demanded that it investigate claims of election tampering.
