Japan important development partner of Pakistan: Minister

Attaullah Tarar, the federal minister of information and broadcasting, stated on Friday that Japan was a crucial ally in Pakistan’s growth and that the people of Pakistan have always benefited from Tokyo’s assistance during trying times.

He mentioned as much during a meeting with Wada Mitsuhiro, the Japanese ambassador to Pakistan, that Pakistan and Japan had a long-standing friendly and cooperative connection. During the conference, topics such as economic measures by the government, fake news, bilateral diplomatic relations, and collaboration in the media sectors were deliberated.

The two nations decided to broaden their cooperation even more in a number of areas. The minister expressed gratitude to Japan International Cooperation Agency for its assistance in Pakistan’s development.
