“Jail Bharo Tehreek’ turns into run away from jails: Ameer Muqam

PESHAWAR: While strongly criticizing PTI leader Imran Khan on “Jail Bharo Tehreek” on Friday, Prime Minister’s advisor Engr. Amir Muqam claimed that those elements, who claimed to fill the prisons, were now attempting to flee the prisons.

He claimed that the failed Jail Bharo Movement has since evolved into the “Zamanat Karao Tehreek” (movement for bails) and the “runaway movement from jails.” The PM’s advisor claimed in a statement that Imran Khan was now invoking his illness as an excuse to avoid going to jail. He added that Imran Khan was currently hiding in Zaman Park while wearing a leg cast. He claimed that despite inviting party members to assemble in front of his house for the jail bharo movement, former CM Mehmood Khan did not leave his home.

Muqam said those elements, who were claiming to sacrifice their lives for Niazi were now running from police to avoid their arrest, adding PTI’s representatives were now following their leader’s path by making different excuses as the call for the movement has completely failed.
