Mailsi: Secretary Industry and Commerce Ehsan Bhutta visited the Punjab Board of Technical Education (PBTE), inspected various departments. According to details, Secretary Industry and Commerce Ehsan Bhatta visited the Punjab Board of Technical Education. Chairman Board Nazer Niazi and other officers gave a briefing about the working of the institution and issues certificates to 90,000 students every year who pursue Diploma in Associate Engineering. The board is also responsible for conducting the examinations of TEVTA and affiliated private technical education institutions. Secretary Industries and Commerce visited all the offices of the Board including Administrative Branch, Secrecy, Examination Branch and Complaints Branch and also reviewed the cleanliness and security arrangements. Secretary Industry and Commerce Ehsan Bhatta directed to improve the cleaning system in the institution. The chairman board told the secretary that the space for 257 employees checking the documents is very less, so the land should be allocated for the construction of the hall for checking the documents, on which the Secretary Industries and Commerce directed the CEO TEVTA. Secretary Industries and Commerce Ehsan Bhatta also planted a sapling in the board regarding the plantation campaign and inquired about the facilities from the people coming to the board, on which people expressed confidence in the computerized system of the board.
