PTI leader Hammad Azhar told the media in the provincial capital, “The rally could take place either tomorrow or the day after tomorrow. Before holding an election rally in the provincial capital, PTI challenged the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) regarding the Section 144 restrictions imposed by the Punjab government in Lahore. The Punjab government Saturday night again announced imposing Section 144 (banning of large gatherings) in Lahore to avoid any “untoward incidents”.
