Federal Ombudsman of Pakistan Ejaz Ahmed Qureshi presented the annual performance report of the Federal Ombudsman to the President Dr. Arif Alvi at the President’s House in Islamabad, on which the President of Pakistan appreciated the role of the Federal Ombudsman.
Ejaz Ahmad Qureshi told the President of Pakistan that the Federal Ombudsman is also playing its role in remote areas, centers for receiving complaints have been established in remote areas.
The Federal Ombudsman said that the rate of complaints has increased by 50% in 2022 compared to 2021.
The federal ombudsman also told about the program “Justice at your doorstep” for the convenience of the citizens and solving their problems, which the president highly appreciated. The awareness campaign of the Ombudsman should be intensified so that the victims of injustice can benefit more and more for immediate relief.
