Attaullah Tarar, the Federal Minister for Information, Broadcasting, National Heritage, and Culture, described Pakistan’s hosting of the 23rd Shanghai Cooperation Organisation summit as a significant international relations event on Wednesday.Speaking to reporters at the Pak-China Friendship Center’s Media Facilitation Centre, he said that while certain hostile groups were asserting that Pakistan had been isolated internationally, the world could now see that the leaders of significant nations had come to visit us.”Russian and Chinese Prime Ministers’ arrival in Pakistan is good omen for us Pakistan reputation has been restored with this summit” , he stated.According to him, Pakistan has done a great job organising the 23rd Shanghai Cooperation Organisation summit, which is taking place in Islamabad today.
