Hospital sealed over death through alleged negligence

Bahawalpur: Senior journalist Chaudhry Abrar Hussain along with CEO Dr. Faiza and DHO Bahawalnagar
Waheed Afsar Bajwa raided the Umar Hospital in Bahawalnagar on the report of the death of a patient
during an operation. The death of the patient was due to Dr. Naeem Bhatti's negligence and wrong

blood grouping. When Waheed Afsar Bajwa and the team of Business News, Daily Aftab visited the
operation theater and the pharmacy in the hospital, they recovered expired injections and medicines.
Apart from this, the lighting of the operation theater was also bad; the tools were full of mud. DHO Dr.
Waheed Afsar Bajwa sealed Umar Hospital and initiated strict legal action due to expired injections,
medicines and Dr. Naeem Bhatti's negligence due to lack of license of Umar Hospital and Laboratory.
