‘High time to enhance Pak-Italy ties’

Sardar Ayaz Sadiq, the Speaker of the National Assembly, stated on Friday that Pakistan and Italy have friendly relations that date back many years and are founded on a shared commitment to world peace and sustainable development.
The speaker told Mrs. Marilina Armellin, the Italian ambassador to Pakistan, during their meeting that it was time to strengthen people-to-people, political, cultural, and economic ties between the two nations for the benefit of their respective populations.
The press statement states that the two parties discussed a wide variety of regional and global developments during the discussion.
They emphasised how important it is to work together constantly in order to preserve a positive trajectory in bilateral relations and investigate new areas of interaction.
The speaker urged regular communication between legislatures.
