Health official accused of forging medical report

Bahawalpur: Iqbal Dhadi is a resident of Mohalla Farooqabad in Bahawalnagar. Iqbal Dhadi was
injured by some people with an ax. Injured Iqbal Dhedi got his medical done at Bahawalnagar
DHQ so that he could lodge an FIR. Dr. Ali Hassan made a correct record according to the
injuries and gave it to the DMLO branch. Injured Iqbal Dhadi took a photo of Dr. Ali Hassan's
correct report so that it could not be changed in the record. But what happened was what
injured Iqbal Dhadi was afraid of. According to Iqbal Dhedi, allegedly the DMLO branch whose
head is Dr. Umar Farooq Shah has changed it by taking a huge amount of money. Iqbal Dhadi
informed Business News and Daily Aftab team that corruption market is hot in DHQ Hospital,
and my medical has been changed. On the news of corruption in DHQ Hospital and DMLO

the current record which was made by Dr Ali Hasan. On which Dr. Ali Hassan admitted that the
