‘Govt working under integrated strategy to eradicate polio’

According to Dr. Nadeem Jan, the  minister of health, Pakistan is implementing an integrated strategy to end polio. He shared these opinions with Bill Gates, the co-chair of the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, during a meeting held in conjunction with the COP-28 conference in Dubai. Dr. Nadeem Jan provided information regarding Pakistan’s current polio vaccination programme. According to him, Pakistan is taking all required steps to ensure that the polio virus is eradicated. According to the caretaker minister, efforts are being made to guarantee Pakistani children’s complete access to vaccines. Bill Gates lauded the health minister’s all-encompassing scheme.
