Anwaar-ul-Haq Kakar, the prime minister, appeared before the Islamabad High Court on Wednesday in accordance with the rulings of the court on the missing Baloch individuals. The lawsuit concerning the missing students was handled by Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani. Mansoor Usman Awan, Pakistan’s Attorney General, and Dr. Gohar Ejaz Khan, the acting Interior Minister, were also in attendance. PM Kakar stated that the government was operating in accordance with the law and the constitution during the court hearings. “I have more knowledge about the situation where people face armed resistance in the province because I am from Balochistan,” he remarked. The prime minister claimed that there had been reports of non-state actors operating in Balochistan. He also mentioned that militants had killed the former chief justice of Balochistan, who was in charge of an investigation.
