Govt to maintain peace during Muharram: Naqvi

The head of the Dawoodi Bohra community, Syedna Mufaddal Saifuddin, was welcomed by Federal Minister of Interior Mohsin Naqvi at the Burhani Palace during his visit to Karachi.He also went to Soldier Bazaar’s Shah Shaheedan Imam Bargah to check on the arrangements.
According to the interior minister, all provinces are being contacted by the federal government to ensure security and harmony throughout Muharram. He went on to say that the resources required to maintain security and tranquilly throughout Muharram are being distributed to all regions.There was also his son Shahzada Hussain Burhanuddin during the meeting with Syedna Mufaddal Saifuddin. The Interior Minister wished Saifuddin well, stating, “We extend a warm welcome to you in Pakistan. It is an honour for us to have you here.
