Govt, institutions to rid country of challenges: PM

On Thursday, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif declared that the national institutions and the coalition government were working together in a way never seen before to further the interests of the nation and guide it through current difficulties.Speaking at the Ulema-Mashaikh Conference at this place, the prime minister said that unity and national harmony were more important than ever and that, in his lengthy political experience, he had never witnessed such a high degree of collaboration between a political government and the institutions.Thanking Chief of Army Staff General Syed Asim Munir for his support, who was also present at the moot, he added that this kind of excellent cooperation should serve as an example for the future.He stated that the nation’s problems demanded that we draw lessons from our past failings and errors.
