Government using entire state machinery to delay elections: Rai Murtaza Iqbal

Chichawatni: Former Member of National Assembly of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Rai Murtaza Iqbal Advocate has said that the government is using entire state machinery and powers illegally to delay the elections of Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The government will have to hold the elections within 90 days in any case; Judiciary has the responsibility to uphold constitution, the intelligent and zealous people of Pakistan are looking towards the Chief Justice of Pakistan because the guarantor of the protection of the Constitution is the Supreme Court, Parliamentarians and the Election Commission are the hallmarks of the Constitution, any institution deviates from the Constitution.

He expressed these views while talking to President Chichhwatani Press Club Muhammad Siddique Sarfaraz Chishti and Patron Rana Abdul Latif at Rai House. Secretary Bar Rana Jawad Shamshad Advocate and Masood Iftikhar Hashmi were also present. They said that Alibaba is looting the country with both hands. Afraid of Imran Khan’s popularity, they know that Tehreek-e-Insaf can win with more than two-thirds majority, by the grace of Allah, the candidates nominated by Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf from all the seats in Sahiwal district like the rest of the country. We will be successful with votes; the public’s trust in our brothers is the fruit of our public service. Completion of mega projects will be our first priority.
