Geoeconomic shifts demand greater economic integration: Gilani

The fast-paced geoeconomic and geostrategic changes at the regional and global levels, according to Senate Chairman Syed Yousaf Raza Gilani, highlight the growing significance of economic integration on Sunday.

“It’s time to use our combined strengths to create a path towards sustainable growth and prosperity by encouraging regional connectivity and cooperation,” he declared, addressing attendees at the China Chamber of Commerce in Pakistan (CCCPK) report launch.

The publications “The Glorious 11 Years – How Chinese Companies Reshaped the Power Sector in Pakistan” and “Business Climate Index of Chinese Companies in Pakistan” were praised by the chairman as excellent examples of Chinese business success.
