First thing that comes to Shehbaz Sharif’s mind upon reaching home? Lahore Qalandar or Faiz Ahmad Faiz?

Lahore: Leader of Opposition in National Assembly Mian Shehbaz Sharif landed at Allama Iqbal International Airport after he was released as per the court orders. Shehbaz was wearing a yellow sweater to fight cold and look chic, served two purpose in one go. The first thing he did after reaching home was not rewinding Lahore Qalandar’s defeat or grabbing his favourite pillow to hit the sack. He actually quoted one of his favourite poem, of his favourite poet Faiz Ahmad Faiz. He took it to twitter and with the help of these verses, he expresses his will for the future and the mood he is in right now.

ابھی گرانی شب میں کمی نہیں آئی
نجاتِ دیدہ و دل کی گھڑی نہیں آئی

چلے چلو ، کہ وہ منزل ابھی نہیں آئی
