Fire guts plastic warehouse in Gujranwala

GUJRANWALA,: A huge fire broke out in a plastic godown in Gujranwala reducing to ashes goods worth millions of rupees on Thursday.

Rescue 1122 personnel backed by three fire fighting engines took part in the rescue operation and succeeded in extinguishing the inferno in an hour but they have not ascertained the exact reason for the fire.

The cooling process was underway as rescuers put out the fire that burnt the rubber and plastics worth millions of rupees stored in the godown.
