Federal Ombudsman’s Regional Head Mahmood Javaid Bhatti holds open court

Mailsi: Federal Ombudsman’s visit to the Regional Head addressed an awareness seminar at COMSAT University, Vehari. Mahmood Javaid Bhatti, Regional Head of Federal Ombudsman, Multan, visited Vehari and held an open court in the office of Additional Commissioner Revenue, heard more than 30 complaints of various federal institutions and issued orders to resolve them on the spot. Later, he gave a special address at an awareness seminar at Comcast University, on this occasion he said that the Federal Ombudsman is serving the people without delay and free of charge. People can submit their complaints to the federal ombudsman by mail, online, or in person.  On which immediate action begins. He further said that more than 30 cases have been disposed of today and corrections of more than 6 lakhs have been made in electricity bills. The local people expressed their happiness for getting prompt and free justice from the Federal Ombudsman and appreciated the “Justice at your doorstep” program of the Federal Ombudsman.
