Federal Ombudsman mediates to provide Rs. 10 million relief to applicants

Mailsi: Checks worth more than 1 crore were issued on the direction of the Federal Ombudsman (FO). Complainers filed a complaint against the Postal Life Insurance Department in the Federal Ombudsman Multan that the Postal Life Department was not issuing their checks to complainants.  Although their policy term has been completed.  On which Federal Ombudsman’s Regional Head Mehmood Javed Bhatti, taking immediate action, called the senior officers of Postal Life Department and gave orders to issue checks immediately which was immediately processed and Postal Life issued checks for the policy value of the complainants. Complainants offered prayers to Federal Ombudsman Pakistan Ejaz Ahmed Qureshi and Regional Head Mahmood Javed Bhatti.
