In a written decision on a missing individual, the Islamabad High Court (IHC) stated on Monday that “every missing person will definitely come back to his family.”
The attorney general’s undertaking was included in the four-page written ruling that was given by Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani.
In support of state and law enforcement agencies, the attorney general promised the court that “everyone who has been missing will return to his family, come what may.”
The attorney general claims that a group made up of federal ministers has produced suggestions on “enforced disappearance,” which will be brought before the court upon cabinet approval.
The attorney general informed the court that a political resolution is the only way to end “enforced disappearance.”
