Education is main source of national development: Dr. Saeed Ahmed

Multan: The development of the society is conditioned by the promotion of education. A person is not complete without education. In Europe, education is the responsibility of the Government, but in our country it is the responsibility of the parents. The individual has to play his role because without education the development of the country is not possible because education is the main source of national development.

Thanks to education, the darkness of ignorance is removed and man gets a chance to advance in the field of development.  In Free-Al-Qalam Model School, uniforms are provided to all the children along with free education, and under the competition among students, three free books are given to the students who have the best performance in three months according to their attendance, cleanliness, academic performance.  Copies and other prizes are being given.

These thoughts were expressed by Dr. Saeed Ahmed, the former head of the Lions Club and director of the school, on the occasion of the results of Al-Qalam Free Model School, while distributing prizes among the students.  Muhammad Ashraf Sajda Hafeez said that in order to make the educational environment conducive, the private sector needs to step forward in the field of action so that the children of the poor and deprived sections can have the opportunity to be equipped with a good education.  Sadaf Siddiqui, Junaid Ur Rahman, Mrs. Dr. Salman spoke and distributed prizes among the successful students.
