‘Economy operating with a surplus in both fiscal and current accounts’

Senator Muhammad Aurangzeb, the Federal Minister for Finance and Revenue, was visited here on Wednesday by a high-level group of international business professionals and investors, the most of whom are headquartered in the United States.

Leading businesspeople, entrepreneurs, and professionals from a variety of industries, including technology, academia, and finance, made up the delegation assembled by Ambassador Ali Jehangir Siddiqui of the JS Bank. Lead members included Dr. Jeff Chang of Rad AI, Michael Levi of The D.E. Shaw Group, Kristen Edwards Marqua of Hakluyt & Company, Auren Hoffman, CEO of SafeGraph, and others.

The minister was informed by Ambassadar Ali Jehangir Siddiqui on the delegation’s makeup, the reason for their visit, and their interactions with various stakeholders thus far.
