DPO Waseem Riaz holds open court, listens to public complaints

Chiniot: District Police Officer Chiniot Waseem Riaz Khan listened to the problems of the people on a daily basis under the open door policy. The DPO directed to mark the applications to the concerned officers to ensure access. The DPO complained cell.  The officers were directed to follow up on the requests and submit the report. The Complainant Cell was directed to take feedback from the people. The DPO said in the conversation that the safety of people’s life and property is the top priority, crime professional elements.  A full crackdown is ongoing across the district.  All possible steps are being taken to change the police station culture, improve public service delivery. Special instructions have been issued to solve the problems of the people in the police stations. Instructions have been issued to the field officers to deal with any problem.  The citizens should be treated with good manners and their problems should be resolved as soon as possible and should not be made to wait for no reason. In case of crime against property or other serious incidents, senior police officers should go to the spot and take action, file an FIR.  Orders have been issued to provide an FIR to the house of the affected citizen. For any reason, if the citizen’s problem is not solved in the police station, the citizen should feel free to visit my office, the solution to their problem will be ensured. Supplying is the first priority; all possible steps are being taken in this regard.
