DPM chairs meeting on Pak-Turkiye economic ties

The second meeting to draft a comprehensive roadmap for strengthening trade, economic, and investment ties between Pakistan and Turkey was convened by Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar and Deputy Prime Minister (DPM) on Thursday.

Federal Ministers for Power, Food Security, Petroleum, SAPM on Foreign Affairs, the PM’s Health Coordinator, and Federal Secretaries of Foreign Affairs, Economic Affairs, Communication, Industries, and Food Security were among the officials who attended the meeting, according to a news release from the DPM’s office.

In addition to reviewing the status of completed and ongoing projects under the Strategic Economic Framework 2020–24, the DPM also talked about getting ready for the meetings of the Pakistan–Turkiye Business Forum and nine Joint Working Groups that will be held in Islamabad during the 7th Session of the High-Level Strategic Cooperation Council (HLSCC).
