Deputy Commissioner Waseem Hamid inaugurates Jashan-e-Baharan Grand Book Fair

Khanewal : The first Jashan Baharan Grand Book Fair of Khanewal organized by District Administration Khanewal started at District Jinnah Library-Deputy Commissioner Waseem Hamid Sindhu inaugurated the Grand Book Fair-In the Book Fair which continues till February 26, women and  Timings have also been fixed for families – On the first day, a large number of departmental officers, civil society personalities, citizens, students, media representatives participated in the opening ceremony – Deputy Commissioner inspected the stalls set up in the book fair.  And also bought the book – the people of Khanewal district have been invited by the district administration to participate in the book fair where the books are available at a discounted price – the Deputy Commissioner said on the occasion that on the first day of the book fair, the citizens  Glad to see the excitement In the book fair, books are available according to the tastes of every age and class of thought – he said that in the book fair, days and hours have been allocated for students, citizens and families.  The aim of organizing the book fair is to rekindle the love of books among the people – earlier the Deputy Commissioner also planted a sapling in the Jinnah Library.
