Kot Addu: Deputy Commissioner Kot Addu Sulaiman Ali Agha along with DPO Kot Addu Tanveer Ahmad Malik visited the flour center at the Municipal Stadium Kot Addu where Assistant Commissioner Kot Addu Mohammad Asghar Qabal Laghari briefed them about the flour center. Ali Agha said that for the first time in the country’s history, the government is providing free flour to people living below the poverty line. According to the government’s instructions, 30 kg of flour is being provided at a time to save the deserving people from repeated suffering. Those who have not received even one bag of flour will be given 3 bags at once; the Deputy Commissioner said that with discipline at the flour point established in Kot Addu.
The best arrangements have been made, which is better than the flour points established in Muzaffargarh. Assistant Commissioner Kot Addu Asghar Iqbal Leghari also praised for making the best arrangements. He said that flour will be provided to 7 lakh people registered in BISP in Muzaffargarh district by 25th of Ramadan. Addressing the women, he said that flour will be provided to all the mothers and sisters. He thanked the women for showing patience and discipline. DPO Muzaffargarh Tanveer Ahmad Malik said that the police was forbidden to charge the people with sticks or use harshness. In case of any untoward incident, inform the public on the mic and maintain discipline. In any case, it is necessary to serve the public. It has been appointed for the convenience and safety of the public.
