DC Muhammad Asif Raza inaugurates tree plantation campaign

Chiniot: Plantation campaign 2023 was inaugurated in Government Islamia College organized
by district administration, Deputy Commissioner Muhammad Asif Raza, District and Sessions
Judge Amjad Nazir Chaudhry and officers of all line departments inaugurated the campaign by
planting saplings. Inaugurated, on this occasion prayers were prayed for the success of the
campaign and the country of Pakistan, Deputy Commissioner Mohammad Asif Raza while
talking to the media said that more than one and a half lakh saplings will be planted at the
official level in this campaign, he said that trees are valuable and valuable assets of any country
which is economic. They play an important role in changing the social and environmental
condition; he said that saplings will be planted on the banks of canals and available places at
the government level. It is also important to take care of them by planting them, District and
Sessions Judge Amjad Nazir Chaudhry said that everyone should contribute to this campaign by
planting saplings to make the country of Pakistan prosperous and green. On this occasion, CO
Education Zafar Abbas Rehan, CO Health Dr. Mushtaq Bashir, COs District Council and MC
Madam Azmat Firdous, Waqas Haral, Deputy Director Colleges Syed Manwar Abbas, Principal
College Muhammad Shamshad Khan, Deputy Director of Agriculture, Forest Officer and officers
of other departments were also present.
