Britain’s Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth, and Development Affairs, Lord David Cameron, called Foreign Minister Mohammad Ishaq Dar on Monday and pledged to strengthen bilateral ties in a number of sectors.
Ishaq Dar posted on X (previously Twitter) that he received a call from Lord David Cameron, the Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth, and Development Affairs of Great Britain.
They talked about regional problems and bilateral ties throughout their exchange. They also decided to keep up their close collaboration in order to strengthen their bilateral ties in the areas of commerce, investment, education, climate change, and people-to-people interactions.
The Foreign Minister reiterated the significance of the connection between Pakistan and the UK in a press release released by the Foreign Office spokeswoman, stating that the two countries have longstanding and historic ties.
