The fifth meeting of the Standing Committee of the Cabinet on Finance and Development (SCCFD) was presided over by Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif on Tuesday.
The Chief Minister instructed the officials to examine the creation of a bone marrow transplant centre in Punjab. In addition to approving the expansion of the financial authority granted to Revenue Secretaries, Deputy Commissioners, and Commissioners, she also authorised the hiring of Entomologists and Assistant Entomologists throughout Punjab, as well as the filling of open positions in the Punjab Transport Company and the Health Information and Service Delivery Unit.
In addition to approving an increase in commission allowance for PPSC personnel, the Standing Committee of Cabinet on Finance and Development (SCCFD) approved the architecture allowance for staff of the Punjab Architecture Department.
