China is cornerstone of Pakistan’s foreign policy: PM

URUMQI: During his meeting with Ma Xingrui, a member of the Politburo of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CCPC) and the Party Secretary of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, on Friday, Prime Minister Anwaar-ul-Haq Kakar reaffirmed Pakistan’s friendship with China. The Prime Minister underlined that Pakistan’s foreign policy was based on its partnership with China, which also served as an anchor for regional growth and peace. The Prime Minister recalled his talks in Beijing with Premier Li Qiang and President Xi Jinping, noting how much he personally valued the Chinese leadership’s dedication to advancing bilateral relations between the two nations.
