Multan: Chairman of Multan Trade Union of Pakistan Chaudhary Hanif has said that the patience of the business community has run out due to the new populist policies and the country’s economy has become unstable due to the high flight of dollars and the depreciation of the rupee.
Due to the daily increase in the prices of electricity, gas, petroleum products, essential goods, the purchasing power of the common people has been lost, due to which the scene of desolation in the commercial and business centers of the entire nation has been lost, the poor class has also been left behind and the hunger has reached at the homes, while the whole nation is crying over the terrible increase in the prices of flour, ghee, vegetables, fruits, broiler, there are sick citizens. Providing free medical treatment facilities is also our first priority. In such circumstances, Multan Trade Union is supporting the trade community in this rising inflation by organizing free medical camps every month, and in this regard, philanthropists must support such people. Encouragement should be given to those who are truly striving day and night for the welfare of the downtrodden. He expressed his views at the Blood Pressure, Sugar Free Medical Camp under the auspices of Multan Tradesmen’s Union in Chowk Shaheed, adding that due to the lack of medicines in the Government hospitals; today the poor citizens have lost the facility of free treatment. The organization of a medical free camp for businessmen and residents of the community along with trade and business matters is worthy of praise. Choudhry Muhammad Hanif, Patron Chief (retd) Judicial Magistrate Choudhry Mohiuddin, Choudhry Muhammad Abu Bakr, Dr. Muhammad Iqbal, Hakeem Parvaiz Iqbal, Humayoun Butt, Muhammad Ismail, Malik Muhammad Rafique, Nadeem Rehan Ahmed and others were also present in sugar free medical camp.
