On behalf of Pakistan’s armed forces, the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee and the chiefs of the services wished the country a very happy 26th anniversary of Youm-e-Takbeer.
The Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) stated in a statement that this historic occasion honours the historic accomplishment of Pakistan’s 1998 nuclear tests, which successfully created credible minimum deterrence and restored the balance of power in the area.
According to the ISPR, the nation and the armed forces honoured the unflinching commitment and selfless sacrifices of everyone who helped achieve this incredible achievement, which was accomplished in the face of insurmountable difficulties. The statement said, “The nation and its Armed Forces rightfully deserved the gratitude and admiration of scientists, engineers, and officials who dedicated their lives to realising this dream.”
“On this important day in Pakistan’s history, the Armed Forces of Pakistan reaffirm their unwavering resolve to defend the motherland, protect its sovereignty and territorial integrity, and ensure the nation’s security at all times and at any cost, InshaAllah,” ISPR said.
