Ali Hassan Gilani criticizes government’s economic policies

Bahawalnagar: Former Federal Parliamentary Secretary and Divisional Secretary General of Pakistan People’s Party Bahawalpur Makhdoom Syed Ali Hasan Gilani and Provincial Assembly candidate Mian Rafaatur Rahman Rahmani instead of giving relief to the people from the Federal Finance Minister Ishaq Dar went to the Federal Government.  In his strong reaction to measures such as the smart increase in daily use items in the mini-budget and the imposition of tax on graves, he has said that the Muslim League-N and its Federal Finance Minister are following the dictatorial plan of burying the people alive and committing mass suicides.  Forced by policies, he said that the Federal Minister of Finance has broken the mountain of mini-budget on the people by fulfilling the wish of the IMF, daily increase in prices of petroleum products, electricity and gas at government utility stores is impossible.  In what could be a harbinger of a major storm, the party leaders have demanded the leadership of the coalition government and the Prime Minister of Pakistan to roll back the increase in daily consumption items including petroleum products and the mini-budget.  It will be difficult to stop the bloody revolution of the people, and the People’s Party will not be a part of such anti-people policies of the Prime Minister or the Finance Minister, Makhdoom Syed Ali Hasan Geelani added that he will participate in the elections from Tehsil Ahmadpur Sharqiya in the upcoming general elections.  .  He said that they will not allow the people of Ahmedpur Sharqiya to be sold by the traders.  On this occasion, the spokesperson of Ghous-ul-Azam House, Malik Ilyas Mudal, Imran Danish Badani and other leaders were also present.
