Al-Khidmat Foundation organizes charity dinner

Jalalpur Pirwala: A charity dinner was organized by Al-Khidmat Foundation (AKF) Jalalpur Pirwala at the local marriage hall, in which well-known comic poet and columnist Khalid Masood Khan enthralled the participants with his poetry.  Later, on his appeal, well-known businessmen, politicians and social personalities participating in the dinner announced donations of millions of rupees by contributing to the welfare works of Al-Khidmat Foundation and deposited a large number of cash donations.  During the dinner, the participants were informed about the national and international service programs of Al-Khidmat Foundation, which include natural calamities, flood and earthquake relief, educational scholarships for orphans, provision of clean water, etc.  Vice President Al Khidmat Foundation South Punjab Farooq Nizami, President Al Khidmat District Multan Ahmed Chughtai, Patron General Al Khidmat Foundation Dr. Safdar Hashmi also spoke and highlighted the activities of Al Khidmat.  By spending on the path of , there is great success and reward in this world and the hereafter.  Apart from business and political people, local dignitaries also participated in the charity dinner and donated generously.  At the end of the program, certificates of excellence were awarded by Al Khidmat Foundation.  Among the certificate recipients, United Media Council® National Press Club® Jalalpur Pirwala Information Secretary Saqlain Nawaz Walot was also awarded with a Certificate of Appreciation.
