PM, Chinese Ambassador discuss bilateral ties

According to Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif, he hopes that the Chinese New Year would further solidify the alliance between China and Pakistan and provide prosperity to both nations’ citizens.

He was speaking with Jiang Zaidong, the Chinese ambassador to Pakistan, who paid him a visit in Islamabad on Friday.

In his greeting to the Ambassador, the Prime Minister wished the Chinese leadership and the Chinese people, including all Chinese citizens living in Pakistan, a happy New Year.

The summit also covered issues pertaining to the two nations’ cooperation in the areas of economics and security.

During this happy occasion, the Ambassador thanked the Prime Minister and the people of Pakistan for sending their best wishes to the Chinese government and its citizens.
