In an Intelligence-Based Operation (IOB) carried out in the general vicinity of Mir Ali, North Waziristan District, on the night of January 29 and 30, security forces murdered six Khwarij.

“Own troops successfully engaged the Khwarij location during the operation, and as a result, six Khwarij were sent to hell,” an ISPR news statement stated.

On the other hand, after a fierce firefight, Sepoy Muhammad Naeem (26 years old, from District Naseerabad) and Major Hamza Israr (29 years old, from District Rawalpindi), who were leading their troops from the front, gave their lives and accepted Shahadat.

Since Pakistan’s Security Forces are committed to eliminating the threat of terrorism, a sanitization effort is underway to eradicate any further Kharji that may be present in the area.
