Military trials conducted under Act of Parliament: Tarar

According to Attaullah Tarar, Minister of Information and Broadcasting, military trials are carried out in accordance with a parliamentary act, and the right to a fair trial remains unaffected.

He claimed that the PTI is attempting to make the topic of military courts contentious and that some individuals are politicizing it.
According to Attaullah Tarar, an attack on a defense institution triggers a trial before military courts. According to the law, he added, crimes involving attacks on military sites are handled in military courts.
