‘State not to allow challenging its writ’

On Friday, Manzoor Ahmed Kakar, the Senate parliamentary leader of the Balochistan Awami Party (BAP), declared that the State will not permit anyone to contest its writ. Participating in the discussion of the PTI demonstration on November 26, he claimed that the protest’s style, particularly that of Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, appeared to violate the state’s writ. Opposition parties, like as the PPP, have previously participated in lengthy marches and protests, but they have never contested the state’s writ. He was harsh on the PTI leadership, accusing them of doing nothing to improve the lives of the populace while they were in power. He claimed that despite their lofty pledges of building millions of homes and creating jobs, not a single promise has been kept.
