COAS visits National Counter Terrorism Center Pabbi

On Friday, General Syed Asim Munir, NI(M), Chief of Army Staff (COAS), visited the National Counter Terrorism Centre (NCTC), Pabbi, and engaged with the participants of the Peoples’ Liberation Army of China and Pakistan Army’s Joint Exercise Warrior-VIII.

The exercise’s conduct and scope were explained to the COAS. According to an Inter Services Public Relations press release, the COAS also engaged with workout participants.

He was impressed by the participants’ professionalism and positive attitude during the Joint Exercise.

On November 19, 2024, the Pakistan-China Joint Exercise Warrior-VIII was underway.

For three weeks The eighth bilateral exercise in the counterterrorism area is part of the yearly series.
