At the 7th Budapest Process Ministerial Conference in Hungary on Wednesday, Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi stated that a number of significant changes have occurred since the last Ministerial Conference in 2019.He emphasised that a number of urgent problems that we face now, including protracted conflicts, unstable economies, and climate change, have changed global migration patterns. According to him, these factors produce intricate problems that no one nation can handle on its own.He underlined how important it is to understand that these issues call for all-encompassing approaches that deal with the underlying causes of irregular migration as well as its manifestations.Pakistan has implemented several administrative and legislative measures to reduce illegal migration, the interior minister emphasised.
