PM lauds MWL’s commitment to promoting Islamic unity

On Tuesday, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif expressed gratitude for the Muslim World League’s (MWL) steadfast dedication to advancing Islamic unity and international understanding.

The prime minister made this statement in response to a social media post made by Mohammed Al-Issa, the secretary general of the MWL, following their meeting in Riyadh during the Arab-Islamic Summit.

On his X timeline, Mohammed Al-Issa said that he was delighted to meet the prime minister and thanked him for acknowledging the MWL’s proactive role in promoting Islamic unity, its innovative work to bring Muslim scholars’ positions together, and its continuous international efforts to spread the authentic message of Islam.
