According to Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif, the province’s health centres’ record-redesigning project is almost finished.
She said in a statement on Tuesday that Punjab’s 1,236 health centre renovation and improvement project is moving along quickly. “Dilapidated health centres will be transformed into makeshift clinics to ensure access to healthcare,” she stated.
In order to demonstrate her dedication to giving Punjab’s citizens the best medical facilities, Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz set a deadline of December 31 for the project’s completion.
The CM emphasised that 286 health centres in Central Punjab, 363 in the North Zone, and 587 in South Punjab are part of the renovation initiative. Twenty percent of Central Punjab’s health centres, she added.
