For the South Asian peoples to live in peace and prosperity, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has underlined the importance of strengthening regional collaboration.
He was speaking with Tapas Adhikari, the departing Nepali ambassador, who visited him farewell in Islamabad today [Thursday].
The prime minister emphasised how much Pakistan cherished its cordial ties with Nepal.
The Prime Minister emphasised the need to increase bilateral cooperation, especially in trade and investment, while reminiscing with fondness his meeting with Nepalese Prime Minister K. P. Sharma Oli on the sidelines of the UNGA in New York in September of this year.
He acknowledged Ambassador Tapas Adhikari’s involvement in fostering people-to-people interactions and cultural exchange between the two nations and praised his efforts to deepen bilateral connections between Pakistan and Nepal.
