“We are confident that through coordinated efforts between the public and private sectors, Pakistan’s textiles and leather industries will emerge stronger, resilient, and more competitive,” the Federal Minister for Commerce stated on Wednesday.
He made these remarks as the chief guest at the opening ceremony of the fifth International Textiles and Leather Flagship Exhibition (TEXPO) of Pakistan, which will take place at the Expo Centre Karachi from October 23 to 25.
The digital inauguration of Texpo 2024 was conducted by Federal Commerce Minister Jam Kamal Khan, Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah, Governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Faisal Kareem Kundi, and Chairman of the Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP), Zubair Motiwala.
