Trade association demands installation of MM Alam’s jet at Hussain Chowk

LAHORE: Traders Welfare Association demanded from government and army to install fighting jet of 1965-war hero, MM Alam, at Hussain Chowk.

Talking to Daily Aftab, MM Alam Traders Welfare Association’s President Mian Saleem, Chairman Colonel (retd) Zahid Chaudhry and General Secretary Shahid Munir Awan forwarded this demand.

“We have already given an application to Corps Commander of Lahore in this regard so that the people can know about the national hero,” they said.

“We also demanded from the government to establish a small museum for MM Alam near Hussain Chowk where national hero’s personal belongings can be placed for public,” they stated.
