PM for united efforts to ensure a hepatitis-free future

In addition to establishing a national campaign to end the disease, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif called for coordinated efforts to increase awareness and work towards a future free of hepatitis on Sunday as the world commemorated World Hepatitis Day.

“Let’s join on this World Hepatitis Day to promote awareness, offer support to individuals impacted by viral hepatitis, and strive towards a day when this illness is eradicated. “Together, we can create a healthier and wealthier country,” the prime minister stated in his address to the people on this day.

According to him, the purpose of the Day is to increase public awareness of hepatitis and its effects on people and communities around the globe.
