Tarar for planting maximum trees to combat future climate challenges

Attaullah Tarar, the federal minister for information, broadcasting, national heritage, and culture, stressed the importance of addressing the impending threat of climate change on Monday. He emphasised the vital need to plant a sizable number of trees for the sake of future generations.

In his speech at the Capital Development Authority’s celebration in Margalla Hills, Tarar emphasised the Pakistani government’s and Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif’s dedication to preserving Islamabad’s environment through the encouragement of widespread tree planting. He described Islamabad as one of the most exquisite cities in the country, with Margalla National Park acting as a valuable asset.

Tarar emphasised that Islamabad had better air quality than other cities and said that adding additional trees would improve the environment even more.
