Two soldiers martyred in DI Khan attack

In the Kirri Shamozai neighbourhood of Dera Ismail Khan, on Tuesday, the security forces killed three terrorists who had assaulted a Rural Health Centre (RHC), killing five innocent civilians. Two brave soldiers also died in the clearance operation.

A news statement from Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) states that on the evening of July 15 and 16, terrorists attacked RHC, Kirri Shamozai, in a cowardly manner and started shooting randomly at RHC employees.

Shahadat was embraced by five defenceless bystanders, including two lady health workers, two kids, and a watchman.

Following an instant mobilisation of the local security forces for a clearance operation in RHC, the Army troops engaged the terrorists in a firefight that resulted in the deaths of three terrorists.
